ESG Governance & Implementation

Our ESG priorities are driven by leadership and supported through cross-functional teams across the organisation. ESG considerations are integrated into our internal decision-making, operational planning, and risk management frameworks.

We are committed to enhancing sustainability within our operations and to ensure that the environment is not degraded in the process, to respect human rights and benefiting the community, clinicians and radiologists. Our policy defines the environmental and social objectives and policies that guide our business activities to achieve sound environmental and social performance.

The policy also provides a framework for the environmental and social assessment and management process, and specifies that the project (or business activities, as appropriate) will comply with the applicable laws and regulations of the jurisdictions in which it is being undertaken, including those laws implementing host country obligations under international law.

ESG Policy Applicability

The Environmental and Social (E&S) Policy at dAIgnostiX governs overall operations and decision-making in an environmentally and socially sustainable manner.

The policy is applicable to the Company’s office, operations, and all associated stakeholders including management, employees, customers, and contractors. Third-party service providers (including vendors and contractors) are required to follow these policies and associated guidelines.

The E&S Policy is driven by senior management and is suitably reflected in procedures, guidelines, and plans developed and implemented as part of the Company’s Environment and Social Management System (ESMS). It is made readily accessible to employees, contractors, and relevant stakeholders as per their requirements. The signed version of the E&S Policy is displayed on the Company’s website and office notice boards.

At dAIgnostiX, we have implemented an Environment and Social Management System (ESMS) designed to ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations, while enabling the Company to strive to go beyond compliance in everything we do.

The Company is also committed to follow its POSH policy, Wages and Remuneration Policy, Retrenchment Policy, Maternity Benefits Policy, Prevention of Child and Forced Labour, Disaster Recovery Policy, as well as HIPAA and Data Security Policy, in order to uphold its commitment to employee well-being and a healthy work environment.
