Dr. Arjun Kalyanpur is the Chief Radiologist and Founder of dAIgnostiX. A globally recognized radiologist and healthcare entrepreneur, he brings more than two decades of experience in teleradiology, medical imaging, artificial intelligence, and healthcare innovation.

Arjun founded Teleradiology Solutions and developed it into a globally recognized teleradiology provider. Under his leadership, Telerad Tech and Image Core Lab have expanded the group’s capabilities in healthcare technology, radiology AI, and clinical research, creating an integrated ecosystem for diagnostic innovation.

Arjun completed his medical training at AIIMS, Cornell University Medical Center, and Yale University. He is board-certified by the American Board of Radiology and has completed fellowship training in Body Imaging and Neuroradiology. He has authored total of over 300 research publications, conference presentations, book chapters, talks, and articles, and has received multiple recognitions for his contributions to healthcare innovation and entrepreneurship.

Dr. Sunita Maheshwari is a co-founder of dAIgnostiX. A Pediatric Cardiologist and medical entrepreneur, she brings more than three decades of experience in clinical care, digital health, medical education, and healthcare innovation. She contributes to shaping the company’s vision, strategic direction, and long-term growth.

Dr. Maheshwari is a serial entrepreneur having co-founded Teleradiology Solutions, Telerad Tech, Image Core Lab and a primary care chain- RxDx Clinics. Alongside her clinical and entrepreneurial work, she has built a distinguished academic career, with more than 200 scientific presentations and publications. In addition to starting two foundations- People4People and Telerad Foundation, she also serves on the boards of HDFC Bank and GSK Pharma, chairing their CSR committees.

Dr. Maheshwari completed her MBBS at Osmania Medical College, followed by post-graduation at AIIMS, New Delhi and Yale University. She is American board-certified in Pediatrics and Pediatric Cardiology, was President of the Pediatric Cardiac Society of India and has received numerous national and international recognitions for her contributions to healthcare innovation and medical education.

Kishor Joshi is the Chief Business Officer at dAIgnostiX. With more than 25 years of experience in healthcare and radiology, he leads the company’s business strategy, growth, and P&L performance. He also drives initiatives across sales, marketing, technology, and regulatory compliance.

Previously, Kishor served as Country Head – Business Development at Sankara Eye Care Institutions and held leadership positions at Fortis Healthcare. Throughout his career, he has developed extensive expertise in scaling healthcare businesses, strengthening operational performance, and driving strategic growth across diverse markets. His experience in the radiology industry spans 21 countries, supporting dAIgnostiX’s continued global expansion, service delivery, and business performance.

Kishor holds a bachelor’s degree in pharmaceutical sciences, master's degree in industrial pharmacy and has completed the Leadership and Strategy Certificate Program at The Wharton School.

Bala Gorthi is the Chief Operations Officer at dAIgnostiX. He brings extensive leadership experience across healthcare, technology, and business operations, overseeing operational excellence, strategic execution, and organizational growth to support the company's long-term vision.

Prior to dAIgnostiX, Bala co-founded Stovl Consulting and held senior leadership positions at Eximietas Design, Wipro, Eximius Design, Pure Storage, and Cisco, leading business growth, P&L management, and technology-driven transformation. His experience spans operations, strategy, business development, and scaling high-performing teams across global organizations.

Bala holds an MBA in General Management, Strategy, and Finance from the UCLA Anderson School of Management and brings a strong engineering background combined with decades of leadership experience in technology and business management.

Ashutosh Kumar serves as Chief Financial Officer, leading the Company’s finance function with responsibility for capital allocation, investor relations, strategic planning, and mergers and acquisitions.

With over 17 years of leadership experience in corporate finance and strategy, he brings deep expertise across public markets, private equity, business transformation, and healthcare services. He has a proven track record of enabling growth, driving strategic transformation, and creating sustainable long-term value.

Before joining the Company, Ashutosh was Vice President – Strategic Planning & Corporate Development at Healthcare Global Enterprises Limited (HCG), where he contributed to a period of significant expansion and strategic evolution. During his tenure, HCG grew from approximately ₹100 crore to ₹2,500 crore in annual revenue and strengthened its position as one of India’s leading integrated cancer care networks.

He was also part of the leadership team that led HCG’s successful ₹650 crore IPO in 2016, working closely with key capital market stakeholders to articulate the Company’s strategic and financial investment proposition.

Across his career, Ashutosh has been actively involved in more than 10 acquisitions, the development of 17 hospitals across over 15 cities, and a range of enterprise-wide initiatives spanning transformation, fundraising, divestments, operational excellence, and value creation.

He holds an MBA from IBS Bangalore, is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) from ICFAI, has completed CFA Level II (USA), and earned a B.Sc. (Honours) in Physics from the University of Delhi.
