Rekha Ranganathan serves as Chief Executive Officer of dAIgnostiX. With over two decades of experience spanning healthcare, digital solutions, artificial intelligence, and business transformation, she drives the company's strategic direction and growth, with a sharp focus on patient and customer outcomes and meaningful innovation.

Throughout her career, Rekha has spearheaded transformation across global healthcare organizations including GE HealthCare, Philips, Boston Scientific, and CAE Healthcare. She served as Senior Vice President and General Manager of Imaging Digital Solutions at GE HealthCare, leading digital, software, and AI solutions across imaging, and previously held the role of President and CEO at CAE Healthcare, alongside senior leadership positions at Philips and Boston Scientific. Her leadership is grounded in accountability, collaboration, systematic problem-solving, and responsiveness to customers and teams.

Rekha holds an MBA in Entrepreneurial Marketing and Strategy from The Wharton School, an M.S. in Materials Science and Mechanical Engineering from the University of California, Berkeley, and a B.Tech. in Metallurgy from IIT Madras.

Ashutosh Kumar serves as Chief Financial Officer of dAIgnostiX, leading the finance function with responsibility for capital allocation, investor relations, strategic planning, and mergers and acquisitions.

With over 17 years of leadership experience in corporate finance and strategy, Ashutosh brings deep expertise across public markets, private equity, business transformation, and healthcare services. He has a proven track record of enabling growth, driving strategic transformation, and creating sustainable long-term value.

Before joining dAIgnostiX, Ashutosh was Vice President – Strategic Planning & Corporate Development at Healthcare Global Enterprises Limited (HCG), where he contributed to a period of significant expansion and strategic evolution.

Ashutosh holds an MBA from IBS Bangalore, is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) from ICFAI, has completed CFA Level II (USA), and earned a B.Sc. (Honours) in Physics from the University of Delhi.

Kishor Joshi is the Chief Business Officer at dAIgnostiX. With more than 25 years of experience in healthcare and radiology, he leads the company’s business strategy, growth, and P&L performance. He also drives initiatives across sales, marketing, technology, and regulatory compliance.

Previously, Kishor served as Country Head – Business Development at Sankara Eye Care Institutions and held leadership positions at Fortis Healthcare. Throughout his career, he has developed extensive expertise in scaling healthcare businesses, strengthening operational performance, and driving strategic growth across diverse markets. His experience in the radiology industry spans 21 countries, supporting dAIgnostiX’s continued global expansion, service delivery, and business performance.

Kishor holds a bachelor’s degree in pharmaceutical sciences, master's degree in industrial pharmacy and has completed the Leadership and Strategy Certificate Program at The Wharton School.

Anuj Garg is the Chief Operations Officer at dAIgnostiX. He brings more than 30 years of leadership experience across healthcare, pharmaceuticals, and health tech. Anuj leads the company's non-clinical operations and support functions, with a focus on operational excellence, scalability, and customer-led growth.

Before joining dAIgnostiX, Anuj served as Group COO at Bergman Clinics in the Netherlands and held global leadership positions at Philips and GSK. His experience spans business transformation, process improvement, and building scalable operating models across global healthcare organizations.

Anuj holds a B.Tech in Chemical Engineering from IIT (BHU) Varanasi. He is a Certified Lean Expert and a Six Sigma Green Belt.
